• TallyWeft does not replace the retailer’s POS, ERP, accounting records or professional judgment.
• Financial impacts and opportunities are estimates based on configured rules and supplied data.
• Any explanatory AI layer must use verified results and must not invent financial calculations.
• Service levels, retention, liability and commercial terms may be updated before general availability.
